Vest cyberstalked at least 26 people in December 2016 and January 2017. Most of them were Pensacola residents, but some of the victim were also from Santa Rosa and Walton counties.
He repeatedly called and sent obscene text messages to the victims threatening sexual violence against them and their loves ones.
In his messages, Vest referred to the victims by their names and also sent many of them altered photographs of themselves and their loved ones that he found on social media.
He collected photographs of the victims, including children, from social media sites and sold them to sexual websites".
